While many landscapers and pond builders will send a salesman to your home for a high pressure sale and will later send a construction foreman and labor crew for the actual build, Artistic Design Garden Ponds is a sole proprietorship. The owner of the company will take you through the entire process himself.

PASSION:John Loudon, the company owner, is PASSIONATE about building ponds, always trying to share his passion with each and every customer. He is first and foremost a pond builder - not a high pressure salesman! John will personally guide you through the entire pond-building process ... from the design and sale to the final construction. He will be there, on site, working hand in hand with his crew of experienced pond builders, during all phases of the construction.

"I love what I do," says John. "I love to build ponds. I love to make my customers happy. I love to see their joy as the project progresses! And most of all, I value the friendship that develops between myself and my customers."

PRIDE: At Artistic Design Garden Ponds we take great PRIDE in every pond we build. Paying close attention to detail and giving the customer what they want. John says, "I am my own worst critic. Every detail has to be just right to please me and I am very hard to please. I have to have everything just perfect!"

PROMISE: We promise to give our customers the very best in customer service - along with total happiness. We not only want our customers satisfied, we want them happy! Frequently, in any business, when you attempt to contact the company with questions or issues, you get put on hold while a representative gets their manager to take you through the complaint process.

At Artistic Design Garden Ponds, John is not hard to find. In fact, the main phone number for the company is actually his personal cell phone. If he cannot answer your call, it will go into voice mail and your call will be returned promptly! Issues at Artistic Design are rare, and questions always receive the personal attention of the owner of the company.

PRICE:Our PRICE is fair and competitive. We are not cheap! To us, cheap means poor quality, which neither of us can afford.

We use Aquascape Professional Grade products exclusively. They are sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Our stone and other landscape products come from different supply yards depending upon the job location. They too are sold at retail (bulk quantity) price. However, we cover the cost of delivery to the job site.
Charging retail helps keep our labor charges as low as possible. Our ponds are sold as complete packages. We promise never to "nickel and dime" our customers.
